Reiki Sessions

Each session includes information received from the energy of your body, past, fears, habits, etc. Sometimes an ancestor or someone that has passed comes along and has a word or two to say.
Personalized Healing
Will provide whatever healing tool that is necessary for you. Sessions are individually designed.

Energy Shifting
Clearing your office or living space. Service includes training in sage clearing and boundary setting in your space. You will receive a bundle of sage and shell.

Heart Healing and Protective Grounding
These reiki session are specifically fashioned to work with depression, anxiety, grief and sadness. You will receive tips and homework designed to help improve your daily life. It is a commitment of 3 sessions.

Healing Sessions in Nature
It’s always a great idea to do healing sessions or teaching in Nature. If you have a favorite place that makes you feel happy and connected, let me know and we can do our session there.

Wedding Officiant
I’d love to marry you and your forever love !
I would be honored to officiate your wedding ceremony or elopement. We can work together to create the vows and special moments for your ceremony. Making sure that your loving dedication to each other be an authentic expression of you both.
I also officiate vow renewal, or commitment ceremony.
Cost for officiating is $100.00
(if not needed at rehearsal and no significant travel is involved)
I’m sometimes able to do a same day service. I can come to you, do a service out in nature or at your home. If significant travel is involved, there is an additional fee.

What should I expect when getting a Reiki treatment?
At your first session, you should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can go over the session, discuss your goals and issues, complete paperwork, and get comfortable with each other. Unlike a massage therapy session, you will be fully clothed. Reiki may be done with a light gentle touch or my hands may be a few inches/centimeters above your body at the hand positions with no actual touch. There are standard hand placements beginning at your head or feet
What does Reiki feel like?
You may feel a very slight tingling, heat, or energy, or nothing at all at the area where I place my hands. The sensations or lack of are not a barometer of the Reiki, they are just how your particular body senses energy. You may feel peace and calm in your mind or physically in general. It is different for everyone, but deep relaxation is almost always felt.
Can I drive after a Reiki session?
Yes, after your session you will be in your full awake state, but possibly feel more grounded and centered. A five-minute brisk walk to your car or other transportation will add to your groundedness.
Should I do anything special after a Reiki session?
Please drink plenty of water to hydrate your body as your body’s energy system may be moving at a more optimum rate, so please care for yourself with water and healthy food during the day. It is beneficial to spend some quiet time that day or evening after your session to journal or to contemplate. You may have some insights and further mental clarity as your body continues to process the Reiki session.
